Sending Your CLEO B Purchases Back
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your CLEO B product(s), please accept our sincere apologies and send it back with the returns / exchanges note with which it came, making sure to fill it out as clearly as possible. We will either send you a replacement product or refund your money - whichever you prefer. Please refer to procedure below.
Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please note that sale items are strictly non-returnable.
Should you wish to return your order, please fill out the returns / exchanges form within the notes sent with your order. We would appreciate it if you stated the reason for your return.
Should you wish to exchange your order for another item, please fill out the returns / exchanges form, stating clearly the item you would like in exchange.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with their shoe bag, as these are considered as part of the product. Shoes that are returned without their box or shoe bag will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We cannot accept worn/soiled/scuffed shoes and/or soles. Please therefore ensure that you try any shoes on carpet.
All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise
If you are returning shoes because they are unsuitable or do not fit, we will always refund the cost of the shoes as well as the outbound shipping fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning to shoes to us.
In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty, or if we have incorrectly fulfilled your order, we shall of course additionally pay for your returns postage.
We give sizing advice to the best of our knowledge. However, please remember that foot shape can differ from one person to another and may affect the fit on different styles of shoe in unexpected ways. There is always an element of risk in purchasing shoes online, however please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning shoes that do not fit.
We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or Special Delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post.
All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them. We regret that, unless the items are returned with the full packaging (i.e. with the shoe box, dust bag and tissue paper) the goods will be non-refundable. We will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund within 30 days of receiving your return. If the exchanged item you requested is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
