Returns Policy

Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. 

Please note that sale items are strictly non-returnable.

Should you wish to return or exchange your order, please fill out the returns/exchanges form within the notes sent with your order stating your reason for returning, and specifying your alternate item if you are requesting an exchange. 

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Shoes that are returned without their box will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We cannot accept worn/soiled/scuffed shoes and/or soles, please therefore ensure that you try on your shoes on carpet. 

All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise

If you are returning shoes because they are unsuitable or do not fit, original delivery costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning to shoes to us. In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty, or if we have incorrectly fulfilled your order, we shall of course additionally pay for your returns postage.

We give sizing advice to the best of our knowledge. However, please remember that foot shape can differ from one person to another and may affect the fit on different styles of shoe in unexpected ways, therefore the customer is always responsible for the cost of returning shoes that do not fit. 

We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or Special Delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Should you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund within 30 days of receiving your return. If the exchanged item you requested is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
